Dr. Tupas is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at Roosevelt University College of Science, Health, and Pharmacy (RUCSHP) and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with Advocate Medical Group. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, and completed PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency programs at Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN. Dr. Tupas holds board certifications in Pharmacotherapy and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.

Her research focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), particularly how these concepts are integrated into PharmD curricula. She has published in the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education on teaching systemic racism and social determinants of health within PharmD programs and has delivered presentations on incorporating DEI principles into classroom instruction. Dr. Tupas has also served as Chair of RUCSHP’s Diversity, Inclusion, Justice, and Equity Committee.
