Dr. Waters is an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 2015 and is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist as well as a Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacy Specialist. Dr. Waters serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Psychiatry at Yale New Haven Health-System and is an active leader in the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists.
